2. How do I know if I need personal care or non-personal care?
Personal care involves direct physical support like washing, dressing, or toileting. Non-personal care includes tasks such as companionship, meal prep, and reminders. We help you decide during your free care assessment.
3. Are your carers qualified, and DBS checked?
Yes. All our carers are trained, experienced, and fully DBS-checked. We also supervise and support our team regularly to ensure high standards of care.
4. How quickly can care start?
In many cases, we can begin within 24–72 hours of your initial assessment , depending on the level of care required and your location.
5. Do I have to commit long-term?
No. We offer flexible care packages , short-term, long-term, or temporary cover. There is no pressure or long-term contract required.
6. How are your services regulated?
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and follow all national care regulations for safety, quality, and dignity in care.
7. Can I choose the times of my visits?
Yes. We work around your routine. You can choose morning, midday, evening, or overnight support, based on your lifestyle and preferences.
8. Can you help with hospital discharge or recovery?
Absolutely. We offer short-term reablement and rehabilitation care following hospital stays, surgery, or illness , to help clients regain strength and independence.
9. Is live-in care more expensive than a care home?
Not always. Live-in care offers one-to-one support, and the cost is often comparable to or better than residential care, especially for couples or individuals with complex needs. We’ll walk you through all pricing options.
