About Us – Wellness and Reablement Ltd
Compassionate Care. Personalised Support. A Commitment to Excellence.
Welcome to Wellness and Reablement Ltd a values-led, person-centred care provider delivering high-quality support across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and East Midlands. Our mission is simple: to help people live well, regain independence, and feel respected in every interaction.
Who We Are
We are a UK-based homecare and staffing organisation specialising in reablement, personal care, wellness support, and flexible staffing solutions. Whether you’re an older adult recovering at home, a family seeking personal care, or an organisation looking for trained care staff, we’re here to serve with dignity, reliability, and compassion.
Our Mission
Our mission is to:
- Support people to remain independent in their own homes
- Deliver care that promotes wellness, dignity, and respect
- Empower both clients and carers to thrive
Our Mission
Our vision is a community where every individual has access to compassionate, flexible, and safe support that reflects their values and enhances their quality of life.
Our Motto: Your Strength, Our Support
At Wellness and Reablement Ltd, our motto sums up everything we believe in:
- Your Strength → We see the strengths in every individual. Through wellness and reablement, we help people stay strong, build resilience, and regain independence after illness or decline.
- Our Support → We stand alongside people with compassion, professionalism, and safety. Guided by the Mum Test Care Values — Trust, Empowerment, Safety, Resilience, and Equality — we make sure support is not just professional, but truly personal.
Together, this means care that is:
- Person-centred — focused on what matters most to each individual.
- Strengths-based — building confidence, skills, and independence.
- Compassionate and safe — giving families peace of mind.
Because if it’s not good enough for our own mum, it’s not good enough for anyone’s mum.
Meet Our Founder Bryan Hill
Bryan Hill, B.A. (Hons), M.Sc. (Global Healthcare Management)
Founder of Wellness & Reablement Ltd and the Outstanding Homecare Providers Network Ltd (www.ohpn.co.uk)
Bryan Hill is the founder and driving force behind Wellness & Reablement Ltd and the Outstanding Homecare Providers Network (OHPN). With over a decade of experience in health and social care, Bryan has worked across the sector — from frontline roles to leadership positions — combining hands-on practice with academic expertise.
His Master’s degree in Global Healthcare Management focused on service improvement, inspiring him to create innovative frameworks and tools to strengthen quality in care. Among these is the Outcome Circle Framework, which makes care planning truly person-centred and outcome-focused by putting client goals and independence at the heart of support. Through OHPN, Bryan has also developed service improvement tools such as the RootFix Diagnostic™, SystemFit™, FocusPath Framework™, and OutcomeFit Matrix™, helping providers strengthen compliance and work towards delivering outstanding care.
This belief underpins the Wellness & Reablement approach, where short-term reablement supports recovery, and long-term wellness care promotes independence, connection, and confidence.
Our culture is built on values shaped by both national and personal frameworks:
- The 6 Cs of Care (Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment), introduced by the Department of Health in 2012.
- Our own Mum Test Care Values Framework, built on the principle: “Would this be good enough for our own mum?” If the answer is no, it’s not good enough for anyone’s.
Together, these values, frameworks, and tools ensure that care at Wellness & Reablement Ltd is not only safe and compliant, but also personal, respectful, and empowering, the kind of care we’d be proud to give our own families.

Our Approach to Care
At the heart of our service is a unique blend of reablement and wellness-focused care. We don’t just provide care, we support recovery, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

- Cultural background and preferences
- Clinical or complex needs
This enables us to deliver not just a service but a real impact.

Our systems, training, policies, and team ethos are all built with quality, safety, and person-centred care in mind.
Our Core Values: The 6 Cs of Care and G.R.E.A.T.I. Culture
